About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner to join our team at Hays Recruitment. As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for providing technical guidance and consultation on the delivery and administration of our customised Pronto application to users across various teams in the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather feedback and roadmap processes for improvement
  • Work with external Pronto software designers and engineers to define and enhance features
  • Execute system upgrades and ensure features are developed, tested, and released according to User Acceptance Testing, security standards, and release deadlines
  • Develop and maintain training materials, training sessions, and documentation

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in the product space
  • Self-starter with strong stakeholder relationship management skills
  • Experience with Pronto Software is essential
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related fields
  • Knowledge/use of Pronto Software Platform, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting; certification advantageous
  • Understanding of the software product lifecycle
  • High level communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Experience within finance, warehousing, and inventory control in a distribution and/or manufacturing environment
