Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have experience in managing software development projects, with a solid understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Facilitate collaboration between Engineering, Product Management, Design, and DevOps teams to ensure projects meet timeline and quality expectations.
  • Balance technical understanding, project governance, and team facilitation to deliver value in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work closely with engineers to break down project requirements into technical tasks, identify dependencies, and ensure feasibility before development starts.
  • Coordinate system integration, infrastructure and deployment coordination, project delivery and prioritization, risk and issue management, stakeholder communication, progress tracking, and quality assurance.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in managing software development projects.
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies.
  • Experience managing delivery of web applications and their APIs.
  • Experience with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills to foster collaboration and resolve conflicts.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.
