Job Description:

As a Senior Beauty Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional client experiences and supporting the store team to achieve sales targets. This is an exciting opportunity to bring your passion for beauty and customer service to a dynamic retail environment.

You will be responsible for showcasing our products, providing expert advice, and exceeding KPIs through coaching and supporting your team members' growth and development. Your expertise will enable clients to discover and explore new beauty offerings, ensuring they have an unparalleled experience in our store.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven retail management experience with a focus on profit and loss management, sales forecasting, people management, and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to motivate, coach, and help your team members succeed.
  • Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure your store represents the brand values.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team to drive business results and exceed sales targets.
