About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Healthcare Professional to join our team as a Practice Nurse at Military Medical Personnel. As a Practice Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our medical team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care and support to service personnel and their families
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual patient needs
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (A) Level 1 nurse with the NMC
- Valid, in-date Personal Identification Number (PIN)
- Current, valid personal medical indemnity insurance
- Minimum of one year's post-registration current experience in a Band 5 or higher grade in a Primary Healthcare (PHC) setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Anaphylaxis, Automated External Defibrillator (AED), Infection Prevention and Control (IPC), and Safeguarding Children and Young People and Vulnerable Adults Level 2 training
- Certificates of training/qualification/update or proof of clinical competency from a previous employer or Line Manager
