Elevate the shopping experience of our customers by applying your exceptional design expertise and customer service skills in a dynamic retail environment.


Responsibilities
  • Provide tailored design consultations to clients in-store, in-home, virtually, and via chat.
  • Offer expert product recommendations that align with each client's style and needs.
  • Drive sales through strong product knowledge and business-to-business opportunities.
  • Maintain lasting client relationships by contacting them about new products, sales, and decorating classes.
  • Ensure visual merchandising standards are met, process transactions, and follow workplace health and safety guidelines.

Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in design or a related field.
  • Retail sales experience in home furnishings, with a strong service-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, peak periods, and travel for home consultations.

Workplace Requirements
  • Ability to be mobile in the store and back-of-house areas, including standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb ladders and use other equipment safely.
  • Ability to lift and move medium to large items, up to 30 kg, while using appropriate equipment and safety techniques.
