About the Role

This role will support our Home Care, Residential, and Corporate Services teams to deliver Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Training. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, working with key stakeholders to ensure that our training needs are met, and driving the implementation of safe practices across our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that our staff have the skills and knowledge they need to provide safe and effective care.
  • Work with key stakeholders to identify training needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness of our training programs, making recommendations for improvement as needed.
  • Collaborate with our Health and Safety Business Partners to ensure that our training programs are aligned with our safety goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Training or a related field.
  • Experience in the aged care or health industry, with a focus on training and development.
  • Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs, with a focus on adult learning principles.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, with excellent communication and influencing skills.
  • Ability to travel across Victoria, with a valid driver's license.
