Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Content Strategist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering high-quality written content that supports both internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Edit, proofread, and review a wide range of technical and non-technical materials for diverse audiences, including internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.
  • Ensure accuracy, clarity, consistency, and alignment with company vision, style, and tone.
  • Oversee and manage document workflows.
  • Provide subject matter guidance on communication best practices and standards, influencing approaches to solution design and process delivery.
  • Contribute to the delivery of critical program milestones by ensuring all content supports stakeholder understanding and program success.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Demonstrated experience in technical editing, writing, and content management within large, complex environments.
  • Demonstrated previous experience with Defence Writing Standards.
  • Strong command of grammar, syntax, style, and tone, with the ability to adapt messaging to varied audiences.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively across internal and external groups.
