Logistics Associate

About the Role:

  • We are seeking a skilled logistics associate to manage deliveries and provide exceptional customer service.

Duties Include:

  1. Coordinate and execute delivery schedules to ensure timely and safe transportation of goods to customers.
  2. Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to established safety protocols and procedures.
  3. Deliver outstanding customer experiences through proactive engagement and product promotion.
  4. Assist the team with tasks such as order processing, dispatching products, and customer inquiries.

Key Requirements:

  • Able to multitask and prioritize deliveries based on urgency.
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Friendly and knowledgeable demeanor.
  • Comfortable working independently and physically capable of performing duties including lifting and bending.
  • Ongoing commitment to safe driving practices.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles within a trade or mechanical environment.
  • Holding a valid manual driver's license.
