About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager to join our team at Peter Warren Automotive Holdings. As a Service Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Service department and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maximise and maintain growth opportunities while ensuring the department operates efficiently and profitably.
  • Take ownership and accountability for the performance and daily activities of the Service department.
  • Achieve all internal KPIs, manufacturer targets, and dealer standards.
  • Oversee team productivity, ensuring all work is completed and quality-checked to the highest standards.
  • Deliver a quality customer experience at all touchpoints for both internal and external customers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Parts departments.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Service Manager within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent people and leadership skills to mentor and motivate the Service team.
  • Solid knowledge of workshop processes and procedures.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and targets while working under pressure.
  • A hardworking, committed, and highly organised approach.
  • Current NSW Driver's Licence.
  • A strong drive to succeed.
