In this role, you will secure new employer placements for candidates returning to work after injury or illness, using your understanding of the labour market and strong networking skills. You will develop ongoing relationships with local businesses and market candidates to current and potential customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with candidates and host employers to build trusting relationships
  • Identify vocational goals and barriers to sustainable employment for candidates
  • Coach candidates through job opportunities, providing support with resume writing, presentation, and interview techniques
  • Develop and grow a network of potential employers through networking events and employer forums
  • Collaborate with Rehabilitation Consultants to ensure a smooth return-to-work journey for candidates
  • Gather information and maintain accurate records for each case
  • Work towards and exceed candidate and placement KPIs
