Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Consultant, you will have the opportunity to work on complex and interesting projects, take ownership of specific project domains, and lead client consultations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of specific project domains or work streams and deliver them to a high standard
  • Lead client consultations and other client engagements
  • Undertake project coordination activities on small to medium-sized projects, building on your project management capability
  • Develop strong, well-crafted deliverables to convey key messages to clients in an influential way
  • Take an active role in client development by coordinating client or sector teams, contributing to pursuits, and identifying opportunities for future client engagements
  • Provide exceptional support to Project Directors and Managers, particularly on large projects
  • Stay across latest news and developments in the industry to inform client discussions and work
  • Support, guide, and develop others on projects and in buddy roles
Requirements
  • 2+ years prior work experience in a professional environment, related to our sectors and capability areas
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to interpret and translate qualitative and quantitative data
  • The capability to think, articulate, write, and present logically
  • Strong problem-solving ability applied in a structured and creative way
