As a Personal Banker, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic and growing Mutual Bank that has supported those who protect and serve our country for over 65 years.

We are a member-owned bank, here for our members first, helping them to achieve their financial goals with a range of competitive products and personalized service.

In this role, you will be expected to provide seamless end-to-end banking experience, make outbound calls to new and prospective members, refer mortgage enquiries to our mortgage specialist, create meaningful conversations with members by building trust and confidence, build relationships within the Defence Community, and educate our members to adopt and use digital banking tools.

For success in this position, we are looking for bright minds, promoters of digital banking and strong numeracy skills.

Previous experience in retail banking is preferred, with Tier 2 accreditation being an advantage.
