Your Key Responsibilities

  • Lead our culinary team with a collaborative and hands-on approach, ensuring seamless kitchen operations and exceptional food quality.
  • Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols.
  • Provide exceptional leadership and mentorship to our culinary team members, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Work effectively under pressure, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a restaurant environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative and hands-on approach to management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
