We're Seeking a Talented Sous Chef

At Wyndham Destinations, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional culinary experiences for our guests. As a Sous Chef, you'll play a vital role in our kitchen, working closely with our Head Chef to inspire and lead our culinary team.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Implement food safety protocols and maintain high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop new menu ideas and improve existing dishes.
  • Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and stock control.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sous Chef or senior line cook in a restaurant environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent certification from a recognized culinary institution preferred.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a collaborative and hands-on approach to management.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Thorough knowledge of culinary techniques, kitchen equipment, and food safety protocols.
