Software Engineering Team Lead Position

We are seeking a seasoned technical leader to spearhead our software engineering efforts, overseeing the development of innovative solutions and strategic initiatives.

  • This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product discovery, enhance customer engagement, and fuel business growth through cutting-edge technology.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar leadership position, preferably with expertise in technical leadership or software development.
  • Hands-on experience across a range of technologies, including React, NodeJS, Typescript, Java, Python, Postgres, CDK, and AWS (or another cloud provider).
  • A forward-thinking approach, with ability to think holistically and strategically, driving commercial success and growth.
  • An experimental mindset, with experience designing, building, deploying, and operating complex applications.
  • Strong leadership skills to foster growth, encourage collaboration, and promote a dynamic team environment.
