Lead AI Researcher – Responsible Innovation

We seek a seasoned applied scientist to spearhead the development of responsible AI solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement frameworks for evaluating AI product quality, ensuring safety, security, and equity.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align AI initiatives with responsible innovation principles and standards.
  • Develop scalable tools and techniques for assessing AI risk across the organization and its clients.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in data science or quantitative research.
  • Ability to identify and mitigate AI-related risks proactively.
  • Proficiency in modern data science development tools and passion for building innovative solutions.
  • Broad understanding of machine learning and AI paradigms.
