Job Description:

As Store Manager, you'll be responsible for leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences and achieving business objectives.

Key responsibilities include managing store operations, driving sales performance, maintaining visual merchandising standards, and fostering a positive work environment.

You will work closely with your Area Manager and Assistant Store Manager to coach, mentor, and motivate your team to achieve results.

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Store Management in a high-volume retail environment
  • 'Make it Happen' attitude with a passion for retail and team success
  • Proven track record in driving sales results, managing store operations, and developing talent
  • Strong skills in visual merchandising, stock control, and wage management
  • Able to maintain high standards in OH&S compliance and team wellbeing
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and challenges
