As a key leader in our stores, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth operation of our retail environment.

This includes working closely with and reporting to the Store Manager to ensure all operational and people aspects of the store are running effectively. You will take pride in contributing to a store that is exceptionally presented, welcoming and engaging for our customers, team members and community.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to take your retail leadership experience to the next level. You will be expected to coach, lead and develop a large team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge required to meet key commercial targets.

You will also play a critical role in ensuring exceptional presentation and customer engagement in-store, complying with all relevant standards and procedures.
