Job Title: Home Care Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to provide home care services for our clients.

  • This role involves providing support with daily living activities, personal care, and household tasks.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience working with vulnerable populations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
  • A valid driver's license and own vehicle are essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as administering medications as required.
  • Household Tasks: Provide general housekeeping, cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation services.
  • Mobility and Therapy Support: Assist clients with mobility and therapy goals, including transportation to appointments and lifestyle activities.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience in personal care, manual handling, hoist training, and medications.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
