We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Cds Depot Worker to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in promoting environmental sustainability by efficiently managing the collection and processing of recyclable containers.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive Containers: Receive recyclable containers from customers at the depot, ensuring they meet program requirements.
  • Sort and Inspect: Sort and inspect containers to ensure they meet program requirements, maintaining high standards of quality control.
  • Customer Assistance: Provide assistance and guidance to customers on the return and earn process, enhancing their experience and building trust in our services.

Container Processing:

  • Operate Machinery: Operate machinery and equipment for processing and compacting recyclable containers safely and efficiently.
  • Cleanliness and Sorting: Ensure that containers are properly cleaned, crushed, and sorted for recycling, adhering to strict environmental regulations.
  • Maintenance: Monitor equipment for safety and report any maintenance needs, preventing accidents and ensuring smooth operations.

Customer Service:

  • Assistance: Assist customers with questions and concerns related to the return and earn program, providing clear and concise information.
  • Program Information: Provide information about program rules and regulations, ensuring customers understand their obligations and benefits.

Safety and Compliance:

  • Safety Protocols: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries, prioritizing the well-being of employees and customers.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and recycling standards, upholding our commitment to sustainability.

Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Cleaning: Keep the depot area clean and organized, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
  • Maintenance Tasks: Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment and machinery as needed, extending their lifespan and efficiency.

Team Collaboration:
