The role of a materials handler plays a vital part in the efficiency and productivity of our operations. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth picking and stock rotation.
About the RoleResponsibilities include:
- Operating lift trucks to ensure accurate and efficient picking and stock rotation
- Manifesting and labelling orders with precision and accuracy
- Performing general warehouse duties as required
- Checking and recording stock levels to maintain inventory accuracy
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Physical ability to undertake manual labour and repetitive lifting where required
- Experience in operating lift trucks with a valid license
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- A good work ethic: reliability, commitment, and a positive attitude
- Reliable transport and a license
- Q fever vaccination or willingness to undergo Q fever vaccination
