Role Overview:

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill this position, with experience in VCAT, NDIS, and aged care processes highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychosocial assessments and clinical interventions
  • Coordinate referrals to internal and external services
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to service meetings, education, and working groups

Work Environment:

This role operates across a seven-day roster, including weekend shifts. Weekend shifts are remunerated at time and a half, and public holidays at double pay.

Employees who work 10 or more weekends per year receive an additional week of annual leave.
