About the Role- This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to work collaboratively with patients, clinicians, and health funds to ensure seamless communication and effective information exchange throughout the patient journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maintaining accurate and current information within patient administration systems to facilitate smooth admission processes.
- Coordinating patient admissions, completing necessary paperwork, and ensuring health fund requirements are met in a timely manner.
- Clearly communicating relevant health fund information to patients and key stakeholders.
- Liaising daily with clinical managers and pre-admissions teams to optimize patient flow and improve overall efficiency.
- Contributing to a supportive team environment that promotes excellent customer service and teamwork.

- Proficient knowledge of the healthcare industry and health funds.
