National Operations Director

As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction to the established workforce across our national footprint. Your primary focus will be on driving business transformation to deliver our future operating model, which aims for continuous improvement and optimised service delivery.
The successful candidate will have experience in technical management within an industrial environment, with a strong understanding of industry regulations and collective agreements. They will also possess excellent people leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing and engaging large teams within complex operating environments.
This is a full-time, permanent position that offers the opportunity for professional growth and development. You will be supported from day one with on-the-job training and coaching, as well as access to formal training opportunities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing day-to-day senior leadership to the established workforce across the national footprint.
- Driving business transformation to deliver our future operating model.
- Oversight of all partner operations within Australia and offshore.
- Ensuring strategic partners are delivering to contractual requirements and meeting critical performance indicators.
