We are seeking a skilled Commercial Manager to join our Water Projects team in SA. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing, leading, and developing the commercial and procurement functions within a large integrated delivery team.

You will provide ongoing commercial support to project teams throughout contract/program delivery cycles, manage the preparation and/or defence of contractual claims and variations, and proactively respond to changes in client and stakeholder needs and expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a relevant degree in law, commerce, quantity surveying, construction management, engineering, or a related discipline, comprehensive knowledge of commercial models and activities in construction programs, and sound knowledge and practical experience in the application of commercial and contract law.
