About the Role:
">- Our team is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to provide high-quality care and support to clients in line with their personalised care plans.
Key Responsibilities:
">- Deliver exceptional care and support to clients, including assisting with daily living activities and administering medications as required.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to develop and implement individualised care plans that cater to each client's unique needs.
Requirements:
">- Certificate III in Individual Support, Aged Care, or Home & Community Care
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
- A reliable roadworthy vehicle, with current registration and comprehensive insurance
- Proof of immunity, or willingness to become vaccinated against, Measles, Mumps, Rubella (MMR), Varicella (Chicken Pox), & Pertussis (Whooping Cough)
