Key Roles and Responsibilities:

This casual position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about basketball and have a desire to share their knowledge and skills with the next generation of young players.

  • Have genuine enthusiasm for working with a diverse range of children
  • Hold strong experience in either playing or coaching Basketball
  • Understand the essential skills and tactics required to participate in Basketball
  • Be able to engage professionally with parents, caregivers, school personnel and fellow coaches

You will also need (or be willing to obtain):

  • First Aid certification
  • Working with children check

The role involves leading basketball training sessions throughout the school term and school holidays, Monday to Friday. This flexibility makes it ideal for those who are available to work a few hours per week.

Job Specifications:
  • Able to commit to working 8-12 hours per fortnight
  • Flexible availability Monday to Friday
