Job Overview

Sydney Metro is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director Commercial to manage the procurement, contract finalisation, and delivery transition for the Parramatta Integrated Station Development.

The primary purpose of this role is to direct commercial and contract activities to ensure effective procurement, negotiation, and implementation of development and delivery contracts associated with the Parramatta Integrated Station Development.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Procurement Management: Manage the procurement process, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of development and delivery contracts.
  2. Contract Administration: Ensure all contracts accurately capture client requirements, are acceptable to market, result in commercially sound outcomes, and are awarded on time to meet overall program objectives.
  3. Risk Mitigation: Identify and mitigate potential risks, ensuring alignment with organisational resolution strategies and best practice.
  4. Commercial Leadership: Provide strategic commercial advice to stakeholders, leading the management of professional contractors and service providers.
