Key Role: Technical Leader

We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader with a strong background in Oracle Banking Platform (OBP) to lead the analysis, design and development of effective IT solutions. This role will focus on providing advanced technical expertise in delivering loan originations and secured/unsecured lending projects.

Your Key Responsibilities:
• Reviewing and evaluating system designs to ensure the appropriate selection of technology
• Conducting impact analysis and risk management on major design options
• Leading and supervising other team members
• Providing strong technical guidance to develop functional and technical solutions
• Offering proactive feedback on complex engineering outcomes

Your Essential Skills and Expertise:
• Proficiency in JAVA, J2EE, Oracle BPM, OBP Host, Oracle Service Bus (OSB), REST API, Microservices, and Kafka
• Familiarity with Oracle ADF, SOA and WebLogic Server
• Experience with web services: WSDL, SOAP, XSD, XML, JSON/YAML
• Skills in issue root cause analysis using tools like Splunk, SQL Developer, and AppDynamics
