We're looking for a hands-on Oracle Identity & Access Management Consultant to play a key role in enhancing access security across the Oracle Banking Platform.
If you have strong expertise across OIM, OAM, SOA integrations, and Sail Point, and want to work on a security-first initiative in the banking sector, this is a great opportunity to step into a strategic, long-term project with real impact.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the SME for Oracle Banking Platform (OBP) security and IAM integrations.
Design and manage identity lifecycle solutions using Oracle OIM and Sail Point.
Implement robust authentication and access control policies via OAM.
Develop secure SOA-based integrations and manage Oracle IDAM components.
Lead access control design across OBP and third-party systems.
Ensure compliance with frameworks including SOX, CPS230, PCI-DSS, and CSI.
Integrate IAM solutions with LDAP/AD and support security audits.
Essential Skills:6+ years hands-on with Oracle IAM (OIM, OAM, IDAM).
Experience with SOA Suite, SOAP/REST APIs, encryption protocols.
Working knowledge of Sail Point IIQ or Identity Now.
Strong skills in SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, Open ID.
Familiarity with OCI, containers/microservices, and secure CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication skills.
