Group Travel Expert

Effective travel planners are in high demand to manage complex trips for groups of varying sizes. We seek an experienced professional to join our team as a travel consultant, focusing on arranging customized itineraries for conferences, corporate events, and family gatherings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer expert advice and solutions to clients, including flights, accommodations, tours, and insurance options.
  • Meet performance targets by building strong relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for growth.
  • Efficiently utilize global distribution systems (GDS) to find optimal travel arrangements.
  • Develop innovative strategies to enhance client satisfaction and drive success in this role.
  • Manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and deliver outstanding results under pressure.
  • Expertly handle complex bookings, invoices, and operate multiple programs simultaneously.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in travel consulting, preferably with expertise in group bookings.
  • Excellent knowledge of GDS systems and ability to work at speed and efficiency.
  • Strong analytical skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage competing priorities, and maintain excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
