Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience leading customer-focused tech services in complex organisations;
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft technologies (M365, Intune, Teams, Exchange) and practical implementation and support;
  • Familiarity with governance tools like AvePoint to deliver secure, efficient collaboration in Microsoft 365;
  • Hands-on experience with simulation, visualisation, room bookings, digital signage, and AV/VC systems, including interpreting technical drawings;
  • Skills in supporting and integrating a wide range of devices – from desktops and tablets to wireless AV and studio equipment;
  • A track record of delivering major ICT initiatives with strong problem-solving and big-picture thinking;
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder skills, with a respectful, team-focused approach.
