Nurse Clinician

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse to join our Paediatric Medicine team. As a key member of the Adolescent Medicine Outpatient Services, you will be responsible for delivering specialist clinical care to adolescents across various clinics, with a strong focus on person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality patient care in a multidisciplinary setting, prioritizing adolescent health needs and collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide clinical leadership and support junior staff in developing their skills and knowledge, fostering a positive and development-focused team culture.
- Contribute to research, clinical audits, and protocol development, driving innovation and excellence in adolescent health services.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- A current practicing certificate as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- A minimum of 3 years' post-registration experience in adolescent healthcare, with demonstrated competence in providing mentorship and supporting student learning within a multidisciplinary team.
