About The Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Audit Manager with experience in a similar role to join our small but close knit team on a full time basis. The candidate should have good client relationships and willingness to assist partners in generating new fees. We are searching for a manager that we can hopefully make partner in the business within the next 1-3 years.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and perform statutory audits
  • Training and review work of junior staff
  • Preparation of financial statements
  • Review of draft financial statements prepared by others
  • Assist with the management of staff
  • Ability to communicate with clients

Requirements:

  • Be CA/CPA qualified
  • Have 5+ years audit experience
  • Australian audit experience essential
  • Strong English communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to manage small to large audits with a willingness to be hands on
  • Professional work ethic
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and audit standards
  • Experience in the preparation/review of Financial statements
