Real Estate Training Position

Responsibilities
  • Delivering practical, industry-relevant real estate training is crucial.
  • Ensuring courses meet national standards and industry needs is a top priority.
  • Supporting students with guidance and assessment feedback will drive academic achievement.
  • Collaborating with the College Principal to review and improve training systems will lead to enhanced outcomes.
  • Maintaining compliance with Work Health and Safety and Equal Employment Opportunity legislation is essential.
Qualifications
  • A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to obtain is required.
  • A Real Estate Licence or relevant qualifications are also necessary.

Expertise in property, finance, or real estate industries is highly valued.

Leadership and teamwork skills in a training environment are critical for success.
