The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager (Project Commercial lead) to join our team. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for undertaking both Procurement and Cost Management on an iconic project in Marsden Park NSW.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Client and Project Team to achieve project outcomes
• Mentor, coach, and supervise Commercial Team
• Develop and lead the project procurement strategy and procurement processes
• Manage project Cost Management, including Head and Subcontract Variation management
• Manage Head Contract and Subcontractor Progress claims
• Manage cash flow at both Head and Subcontract
• Prepare and present Monthly Financial reports
