About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated, caring and passionate mental health professional to join our CAMHS team.

As a clinician, you will provide holistic assessment, early intervention, treatment and support for children and young people and their families. You will work collaboratively with other key community agencies and service providers to identify, engage and collaborate on discharge planning that meets the needs of the child/young person and their family/carers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing comprehensive assessment, intervention, treatment and support for children and young people and their families.
  • Collaborating with other key community agencies and service providers to develop and implement effective discharge plans.
  • Working within local teams to increase understanding of mental health conditions and service delivery models in the community.

Opportunities for professional development include but are not limited to training programs, motivational interviewing and postgraduate studies with integrated study leave.
