General Advice Consultant

We are seeking an experienced General Advice Consultant to join our team. As a values-led organisation, we empower wellbeing and accelerate digital transformation. Our customers rely on us to provide exceptional phone-based general advice, and we need someone who can deliver this with precision and attention to detail.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing general advice to customers
  • Taking ownership of all customer requests and issues and following through to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting customers with transactional and administrative activities according to their needs
  • Managing written and telephone queries, requests from customers, advisers, and other departments for information on outstanding requirements
  • Utilising product knowledge to respond to both simple and complex enquiries
  • Maintaining a high standard of compliance when providing general advice
  • Collaborating with the team and broader business to share knowledge, information, and ideas
  • Developing and maintaining accurate knowledge of legislative & industry changes relating to product groups
  • Identifying and managing complaints to ensure timely solutions
