Caregiver Support Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate support therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support and therapy services to clients with cerebral palsy and other disabilities.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Currently studying Speech Pathology or related field.
- Valid learner driver's license.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
