Site Management Position

Hindmarsh Construction is seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to manage on-site construction activities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the work of subcontractors, labourers and delivery of materials. They will oversee the standard and progress of subcontractor work ensuring high-quality results and ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage on-site construction activities including sub-contractors, labourers, and delivery of materials.
  • Oversee the standard and progress of subcontractors' work to ensure high-quality results.
  • Ensure projects are completed on time by liaising with subcontractors.
  • Participate in project development and management adhering to the Project Management Plan.
  • Obtain a thorough understanding of contract documentation and scope requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry.
  • Trade background preferred.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Hold relevant certifications and qualifications.
