Are you looking to make a positive impact in the community through waste and recycling management?

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who can contribute to our Customer Service Team.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to learn about the quickly-evolving environment we operate in and make a difference in the lives of Canberra residents.

Our organisation plays a vital role in managing contracts and service agreements for waste and recycling activities in the ACT.

We design, commission, and manage outsourced services that aim to encompass best practice, respond to community demand, maximise resource recovery, and meet expectations.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting the complete lifecycle of waste collection services requests in our Salesforce system.
  • Providing customer and stakeholder liaison and negotiation activities to resolve enquiries and complaints.
  • Offering support and assistance to our management and staff as required.
  • Delivering a highly professional, responsive, and customer-oriented approach on all contact opportunities.

Eligibility/Other Requirements:

Relevant qualifications or substantial work experience relevant to the position is an advantage.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficient in using Salesforce or similar systems.

Experience in customer service or a related field is highly regarded.
