Procurement Specialist Role

The Procurement Specialist plays a critical part in managing procurement requirements. This includes acquisition, inventory management, invoice processing, and delivery to end users.

The successful candidate will report to the Assistant Director and be primarily located at the Distribution Centre. They will work closely with teams, including Procurement Clinical Equipment, Procurement Inventory and Services, and Supply Operations.

The key responsibilities of the Procurement Specialist include:

  • Coordinating procurement activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services
  • Managing inventory levels to optimize stock holding and minimize waste
  • Processing invoices and ensuring accurate payment to suppliers
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve procurement issues and improve overall performance

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience in procurement and supply chain management. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the organization.
