We are seeking a skilled Production Operative to manufacture products on a Right First Time basis while following company procedures and observing Health and Safety requirements.

The successful candidate will demonstrate flexibility with regard to operational requirements of the business, maintain expected cleaning and housekeeping standards of all production areas worked in and work to 5S standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manufacture products according to company procedures and Health and Safety guidelines.
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in response to changing operational demands.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in production areas.
  • Identify and report quality and maintenance issues to management.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to plan, organise and anticipate demands relating to works tasks, materials and packaging requirements.
  • Able to work well on own initiative and proactively solve problems to deliver targets.
  • Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
  • Able to work under pressure and to deadlines.
