Program OverviewOur Graduate Program is a 12-month program that includes four, 3-month long placements covering the following areas of Nursing:

We are looking for passionate nursing professionals looking to enhance their own knowledge within aged care and enhance the lives of our residents. To be eligible for the Program, you will have the following:
- Bachelor of Nursing, with an AHPRA registration
- High level interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Clinical knowledge and problem-solving abilities
- Solid understanding of the professional, ethical and legal requirements of the role
- Well-developed time management skills
- Able to commit to the 12-month duration of the Program
