Lead Clinical Placements Nursing Specialist

You will lead and provide overall coordination of clinical placements across three campuses for Nursing. You will lead the development of new collaborations with the industry, maintain strong partnerships and improve the quality of overall planning concerning clinical placements within the Nursing discipline at Federation University.
Key Responsibilities- Provide leadership in developing, teaching, coordinating, and moderating courses;
- Undertake teaching and assessment of undergraduate and postgraduate students;
- Contribute to Clinical Placement processes and managerial decision making;
- Contribute to providing leadership for the development, implementation and monitoring of student retention and success strategies;
- Participate in policy, strategic and planning processes regarding placement activities.

About YouYou will report to the Executive Dean and Director, Academic Operations, and work independently in the conduct of teaching and research activities. You will assume a leadership role within the Institute of Health and Wellbeing and have a strong industry network in Nursing.
