Product Improvement Specialist

As a Digital Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the product discovery experience and ensuring our solutions meet both business goals and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities- Support the end-to-end product lifecycle by documenting requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to define product specifications and ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure comprehensive documentation of product features, decisions, and updates for reference and clarity.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships to align on product goals and outcomes, bridging communication between technical teams and business stakeholders for clarity.
- Leverage analytics tools to assess product performance and identify opportunities for optimization within the customer journey.
- Support A/B testing and data analysis efforts, ensuring insights are used to inform product improvements.
- Experience in a business analyst role, analyzing customer journeys, gathering requirements, and delivering insights that drive product improvements.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization practices and data-driven methodologies to inform decision-making.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) and experience with A/B testing and CRO methodologies.
- Knowledge of digital product development processes, including UX/UI design principles and technical oversight.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) to track progress and manage workflows effectively.
