Facilities Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of older people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all facilities and equipment are well-maintained, safe and operational.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and improve overall efficiency.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including chemicals used and compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high-quality customer experience.
Requirements:
- General hands-on maintenance or handyman skills.
- Experience in supervision or coordination of maintenance programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current First Aid & CPR certificate.
