About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to guest repair requests and communicate effectively to resolve maintenance issues.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication.
  • Conduct regular visual inspections of tools, equipment, or machines to identify potential issues.
  • Carrying equipment such as tools and radios is an essential part of this role.
  • Locate and operate shut-off valves for equipment to prevent damage or injury.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including requisitioning parts and supplies as needed.

  • Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Move around the property, utilizing stairs, service ramps, and/or ladders as needed.
  • Reach overhead and below the knees, bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping as required.
