Our mission is to provide exceptional care and support to individuals in need. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Care Worker.

This role involves working with our residents to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, providing personal care, and promoting independence and dignity.

You will work closely with our team to support those with challenging needs and help maintain a safe and comfortable environment. This includes:

  • Assisting with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Providing medication assistance and monitoring health
  • Supporting residents with mobility issues or cognitive impairments
  • Encouraging social interaction and participation in activities

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care or a related field
  • Previous experience in care work or a similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
