Job Description:

We are seeking a Cash Handling Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for operating our console system efficiently, processing transactions accurately, and providing exceptional customer service.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, engaging with customers and ensuring their experience is positive and enjoyable. Your attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure will be essential in this role.

  • Operate the console system efficiently to process fuel/consumable transactions accurately.
  • Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
  • Handle cash, card, and electronic transactions with precision and attention to detail.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a customer service or retail environment is preferred, but not required.

You should have a strong attention to detail, accuracy in handling transactions, and flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and early mornings. Food handling experience is also desirable, although not essential.
